Lauren Edmonson Bijur
Lauren spent the last 15 years of her life curating exceptional grocery experiences and assortments in Chicago. She was drawn to Sunapee by the outdoors, sharing a love of Nordic skiing and gravel biking with her husband Dave. She's most excited to be part of the Sunapee community serving delicious food with warm hospitality. In her free time you can find her practicing her loon calls while learning how to row with the Lake Sunapee Rowing Club.

Dani Nichole
Growing up as a small town girl in the north east kingdom, Dani’s pallet was anything but that. From watching her father butcher game for their family to creating dishes at a fine dining establishment, she’s been self taught with passion, thirst for knowledge……and endless nights of falling asleep to the food network channel. Now, as a single mom with two sons of her own, showing them that no matter what, if you want something badly enough, it shows up when the time is right. Now is the time.
